The rules for using HireQuanta.

Your account

Keep your sign-in methods to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time from your account, under Your data.

Your content

Your resumes, uploads, jobs and answers stay yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the service, including sending them to the providers named in the Privacy policy. Only upload other people’s details when you have their permission.

AI suggestions and scores

AI can be wrong. Read every suggestion before you use it, and never add a skill, title, date or result that isn’t true. A score is guidance about how well a resume covers a job; it is not a hiring decision and doesn’t promise an interview or a job.

Using the service fairly

• Don’t try to reach other people’s data, get around limits, or break the service’s security.
• Don’t use automated tools to copy or overload the service.
• Don’t use HireQuanta for anything unlawful.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Employers

If you use an employer workspace, you must have a lawful reason to handle each candidate’s data, and your team makes every hiring decision. HireQuanta does not grade candidates for you.

Cost

HireQuanta is free to use within the allowances shown on Free allowances. There are no payments.

Changes and availability

We keep improving HireQuanta, so features may change. We work to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be. If these terms change, we update this page and its date.
